Many recipes are able to be cooked, portioned and frozen for healthy, substantial evening meals during the week when no one can be bothered cooking or doing many dishes.

When cooking from a recipe, I like details and visuals to aid my confidence as a cook. I also like bold flavours and tend to add more spice once I have cooked the recipe once. I also find sometimes you can make a step a littler simpler. When I record recipes and adaptations I keep this in mind.
