anchovy, chilli flakes (optional) and shaved parmasan
This one is becoming as regular as a Margherita on our pizzathon nights.
8-12 anchovies (2-3 per slice)
Parmesan (put on before cooking)
Squeeze of ½ a lemon (after cooking – just before serving)
Top your base with sauce, anchovies, chilli flakes and parmesan. Cook. Squeeze lemon over the top just before serving.
